Blair P. Minnis

Blair Minnis has over 30 years of customer service and sales experience with high-net worth individuals, families, business owners and executives. He worked in the Wealth Management industry as a Vice President Senior Private Banker and a Senior Director providing investor commercial property financing solutions. As a trusted advisor to his clients Blair received his Certified Wealth Strategist designation in 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business graduating in 1991 and remains a loyal Sun Devil to this day. Blair is an avid professional boxing fan and from 2013 – 2019 competed as a licensed Amateur Boxer.
Christina Leon
Office AdministratorChristina Leon has over 30 years of sales and customer service experience, many as a Top Performer, with small to midsize businesses where she has worked to assist her clients with financing needs and commercial banking. Christina maintains a large personal and professional contact database with strong relationships in the commercial industry that include commercial real estate investors, business owners, CPA’s, attorneys, and several commercial service vendors. Christina has extensive marketing and advertising experience and is a member of Provisors – Business Professional Networking Group. She also has over 15 years of experience as a landlord for personally owned properties.
James W. Minnis

James W. Minnis has over 50 years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California, with 34 years of experience in Property Management and extensive knowledge in leasing, management, and sales of commercial, industrial, office, and residential properties. His previous experience is comprised of real estate survey, real estate appraisal, and bank lending that included establishment of three real estate loan departments for regional and independent banks located in Orange County, California. Jim provides guidance to assist with the development and increased knowledge of real estate professionals and has worked with several trades people, property tenants and property owners building exceptionally strong relationships. He has a proven ability to integrate service to owners and tenants that result in long-term management and tenant stability.
